RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

In the event that any item sold by Informatek is DOA dead on arrival or faulty, Informatek will happily cover the delivery costs to and from.

If you have purchased stock that is unopened , undamaged and not older than 14 days and would like to return it for a refund or credit, please contact us that we can start the process , Delivery fees do apply in this instance.

Software and Consumables cannot be returned once opened

Any order canceled prior to shipping will be refunded in full within 3 working days

Informatek reserves the right not to accept any returns for stock older than 14 days or that has damaged packaging.

All items being returned to Informatek need to be packaged correctly and the use of material such as bubble wrap where required.

All items sold by Informatek are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you still have not received your refund within 3 working days, please contact us at accounts@informatek.co.za.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
